  • Conversation metadata (timestamps, thread IDs)
  • Uploaded files and images (stored with your conversations for AI processing only, not used by us for analysis or training)

Free Tier: Conversations are stored indefinitely. No long-term memory or context retention between sessions.

Pro Tier: Conversations are stored indefinitely with long-term memory and personalization features enabled. You can delete your conversation history at any time from your account settings.

1.3 Usage Information

To maintain the platform, we collect error logs and performance metrics.

1.4 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical data:

  • IP address (collected for platform growth tracking and security purposes)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system

1.5 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our secure payment providers (Paddle for global card payments, Squad.co for NGN payments, and NowPayments for cryptocurrency). We do not store your credit card details, bank information, or payment credentials. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions and subscription status.

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide AI text responses, generate and edit images (through our 80% uncensored image features), maintain conversation context, and enable platform features

  • Image Generation/Editing: Image generation and editing requests are processed through our third-party AI image provider's API. While NoMask is uncensored, image features are 80% uncensored due to our provider's content policies. Image data is processed according to the provider's privacy policy.
  • Payment Processing: Payment information is processed through our secure payment provider for subscription management.
  • Hosting Providers: Our infrastructure providers (servers, databases) have technical access to stored data.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation. However, we will resist overly broad or unjustified requests and will notify you when legally permitted.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. You will be notified of any such change.

  • Pro Tier: Conversations are retained indefinitely with long-term memory enabled. You can delete them at any time from your account settings
  • Account Data: Stored for as long as your account is active
  • Logs and Error Reports: Retained indefinitely for system monitoring, debugging, and improvement purposes
  • IP Addresses: Stored for platform growth tracking and security purposes. Not anonymized
  • Uploaded Files: Images and documents are stored with your chat conversations until you delete them
  • Generated/Edited Images: AI-generated and edited images are stored with your conversations and remain until you delete them

When you delete your account, all personal data and conversations are permanently removed immediately.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-essential communications
