You are solely responsible for how you use information obtained from NoMask. While we provide comprehensive information and insights, you must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

• Not using the Service to plan, commit, or facilitate illegal activities
• Not using the Service to harm, harass, or threaten individuals
• Not attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the platform's infrastructure
• Not using the Service to generate spam, malware, or phishing content
• Not violating intellectual property rights of others

2.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use NoMask. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.4 Multimodal Capabilities - Images and Files

NoMask supports multimodal interactions including text, images, document analysis, and AI-powered image generation/editing:

• Image Uploads: You can upload images for AI analysis, including screenshots, photos, diagrams, and visual content. The AI can extract text from images, analyze visual content, and answer questions about uploaded images.
• Document Uploads: Supported formats include PDF, TXT, DOCX, and other text-based files. The AI can read document contents, summarize information, and answer questions about uploaded documents.
• Image Generation: The AI can generate images from text descriptions. This feature is 80% uncensored - while NoMask itself has minimal restrictions, our third-party image generation provider has some content policy limitations. Generated images are subject to daily limits based on your subscription tier.
• Image Editing: You can upload images and request edits or modifications. The AI can edit uploaded images based on your instructions. This feature is 80% uncensored due to third-party provider limitations. Edited images are subject to the same daily limits as generated images.
• Processing and Security: Uploaded files are processed securely and used solely for providing AI responses. Files are subject to size and format restrictions for security purposes.
• Limitations: The platform does not support audio or video uploads. The AI does not generate files (code, documents, etc.) for download, only images.

All interactions include text-based responses, with optional support for image and document inputs, plus AI-powered image generation and editing capabilities.

2.5 Image Generation and Editing Safety Filters

While NoMask's text chat model is minimally censored, our image generation and editing models are approximately 80% uncensored. Our third-party image AI providers enforce certain safety filters that may occasionally block or modify image-related requests. Understanding these limitations helps set appropriate expectations:

• Widely Known Individuals: The image of the person you are trying to edit may be of a popular or widely known public figure, which can trigger content moderation policies
• Copyrighted Content: Requests involving copyrighted characters, trademarked brands, or intellectual property may be restricted by the AI provider
• Explicit Content: While we maintain minimal censorship, certain highly explicit or adult content may still be filtered by third-party AI providers
• Violence and Gore: Extremely graphic depictions of violence, gore, or harm may trigger safety filters
• Protected Groups: Content targeting specific protected groups based on race, religion, ethnicity, or other sensitive characteristics may be restricted
• Illegal Activities: Content depicting or encouraging illegal activities may be blocked by provider-level filters
• Minors and Children: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts will be blocked automatically
• Deepfakes and Impersonation: Attempts to create realistic deepfakes or impersonate real individuals may be restricted

Important Notice: These filters are enforced at the AI provider level (not by NoMask directly) and may result in generation failures, error messages, or fallback responses. If your request is blocked or fails, try rephrasing your prompt or adjusting your approach.

• Search results are not stored or used for purposes beyond providing your immediate response
• The AI prioritizes web search data over its training data when there are conflicts regarding current information
• Web search functionality is context-aware and only activates when relevant to your query
